• Impose usage limits or throttling

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slaivs.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your AI agents and their outputs
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

13. Term and Termination
